Cort Adelers gate 27

Cort Adelers gate 27 is a classic corner building in Ruseløkka, constructed in 1888 for the company Holter & Borgen and designed by architect Einar Smith. In 1892, the building was owned by the life insurance company Idun.

The property is located just a few minutes from Aker Brygge, Solli Plass, and several of the city's most important public transport connections, including Nationaltheatret Station.

The building is currently undergoing a full renovation, and will soon consist of 49 new apartments for MAYA Apartments, as well as a commercial space on the ground floor.
