INKA is our own contracting company that has been working on construction projects since the early 1990s. Not just because we like to build, but because we know that an office or home is more than just four walls and a roof: it is the place where your everyday life unfolds.

We work closely with tenants who need premises adapted to their business. It could be opening a wall to get a better workflow. Installing better lighting over the workplaces. Or converting a former warehouse into a modern office landscape.
We understand your needs
It's not about following a set standard, but about understanding how people actually work. A lawyer has different needs than a graphic designer. And an IT company works differently than an accounting firm.
Quick decision-making
As a solid contractor, we have our own project managers and skilled workers. This means shorter decision-making paths and closer follow-up. When something needs to be changed along the way, we do it. When a detail does not turn out as intended, we find the solution.
Bruvin Park
Østensjøveien 14B-D will be a modern, functional, and environmentally friendly new building with high-quality features. The project is part of Bruvin Park, which also includes the recently completed neighboring buildings at Brynsveien 16 and Brynsveien 18.
Villa Granheim
Gamle Ringeriksvei 30 in Bekkestua is taking shape as Villa Granheim – a unique residential project with 29 freehold apartments, designed and tailored specifically for the site. The apartments range from 34.5 to 143 square meters, each with its own spacious and sunny outdoor area in the form of a balcony or terrace.
Fredheimkvartalet
In collaboration with Bakke AS, we are now constructing 141 apartments, which are currently under construction and scheduled for completion in the second half of 2026.
