FREDHEIMKVARTALET

We are developing a new and exciting residential block in Ås town center, just 200 meters from the train station. Fredheimkvartalet will consist of approximately 140 2–4 room apartments, located on the 2nd to 6th floors. All apartments feature a balcony or terrace.

At street level, there will be retail and service spaces facing Moerveien, designed to support the urban structure and vibrant city life. A sunny and airy courtyard garden is planned, creating a pleasant meeting place for residents.

The project is in collaboration with Bakke and designed by the renowned architectural firm Lund+Slaatto Arkitekter.

Before the construction project begins, the building will be rented out by room to students.
